I can't change the facial hair or eyes either. I have the Looks Menu, and when I click on his hair it just says 'HAIR' (yes, in all caps like that - unlike every other option) and doesn't allow me to dig down the different hair styles when I click on it. I went to create my character, and I wasn't able to change his hair style (head or face) or eyes at all. I was able to get past my earlier issues, but now I'm having one thing that's bugging me.
